Refuge in Him

“Every word of God is tested; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him.” Proverb 30:5

God is our everything. He’s our wisdom, our strength, and our hope. We can do nothing without Him. He is our protection and our warrior who knows us, loves us, and cares for us so.

Men and women will fail us. This we all know. God never will, he will ever walk with us and we walk with Him.

In that, we often have trouble—walking with God. For our hearts deceive us, mislead us and misguide us. Our hope is in God. In trusting Him and His Word and walking therein.

Father, help us and teach us to walk with you. Change our hearts and guide our steps towards you, ever towards you.
