Mercy and Hashness

“Kind mercy wins over harsh judgment every time.” James 2:13

Goodness, kindness, and mercy are better than harshness.

They lead… they don’t drive.

Mercy towards others requires faith, hope, and belief.

A belief in a Creator whose creation we have no right to harm.

Only harm will come out of harshness.

Harshness, bitterness, coldness, indifference… these cripple, these maim, these destroy.

We’ve not been called to destroy but to heal… just as God heals us through mercy.
