Unfailing Love

Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days. Psalm 90:14

From the ages of eternity
God sent his only Son
To proclaim
His undying love for you...

He is closer than a heartbeat
For he knows your heart so well
He sits upon eternity
And considers you...

His heart’s been broken
A million times
But His heart will ever long
To commune with you...

That’s why He took the chance
To save life from death’s grasp
To win the hearts
To save the hearts of few
His sacrifice on Calvary
For He loves you...

He rises before the morning
To ensure the sun will rise
He sees you
While you’re sleeping
He knows the fears
You try to hide.
He walks along
The daybreak shadows
His thoughts reflecting on you
The sunlight breaks dusks-rest
His love overshadows you

As you yawn and wipe
Sleep from your eyes
His Spirit delights inside
Awaiting your first words of praise
You the blessed of His bride…

And as you dress His love whispers
‘I love you’ so many times
But do you hear
Do you pray
Or are you out-of-time?
