Quiet before the Lord

"When he puts forth all his own, he goes ahead of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice.” John 10:4

“Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven.” Psalm 107:30

To hear the voice of the Lord get quiet before him. Too often the television, the radio, the CD-player so keep us entertained that we forget to be silent and quiet before Him.

God desires to speak to our hearts – will we be quiet and listen?

Father, remind us to be quiet before you, to hear your voice and give us grace to follow wherever you lead.
